Cancellation Policy:

Once a student’s admission is confirmed, cancellation of enrollment is generally not permitted.

Cancellation request may be considered only under valid exceptional cases.

1. Process and Conditions to Raise a Cancellation Request:

a) A written cancellation request must be submitted with a valid reason.

b) Valid ID proof and required supporting documents must be provided.

c) The student must have completed less than 15% of the syllabus.

d) The student must accept that the fee is strictly non-refundable.

2. Cancellation will not be accepted if:

a) 15% or more of the syllabus is completed.

b) The reason is personal (loss of interest, lack of time, change of mind, etc).

c) The student is absent without communication.

d) The student is removed due to disciplinary reasons.

3. Outcome of approved cancellation:

a) No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

b) The fee may be transferred to another student once, only if syllabus completion is below 15%.

c) All access to classes, LMS, materials, and support will be permanently discontinued.

d) No partial adjustments, rescheduling, freezing, or carry-forward of classes will be allowed.

e) Processing time: 7–10 working days.

Important Note:

All decisions regarding cancellation, approval, and fee transfer are at the sole discretion of the management, and the management’s decision is final and binding.
